Candy Corn Chicken
Originally we all thought these were just a cool funky fungus we just so happened upon on Halloween....that resembled candy corn.....only to find out after some research that this is actually Chicken of the woods....a delicious mushroom that truly does taste like chicken....and sells for around $15 to $20 bucks a pound....we can attest a day after eating them that they were fantastic...and truly do live up to thier name.....here's a few shots of what we found....
